2025–26 Baseball Program Timeline
Season Cycle: August 2025 – July 2026
Our program runs year-round, providing a balanced mix of skill development, athletic training, and competitive team play — while supporting multi-sport athletes. Here's what to expect each part of the year:
🔹 Mid-July – Mid-August: Tryouts & Team Formation
- Open tryouts are held mid-July through mid-August.
- Two tryout dates offered — attend one only.
- Players will receive results within one week after the second tryout.
- Final rosters announced by mid-August.
🍂 September – October: Fall Development Workouts
- Up to 12 optional skill workouts available.
- Sessions combine similar-aged teams.
- All practices led by Coach Danny Martin (2025).
- These workouts are optional — multi-sport athletes should prioritize their in-season sports.
❄️ December – January: Winter Athletic & Skill Development
- Focus on individual development — no team practices.
- Weekly offerings include:
- Strength & conditioning
- Speed & agility
- Position-specific clinics (hitting, pitching, fielding, catching)
- Flexible sign-up model — players choose sessions that fit their schedule.
🏠 February – March: Indoor Team Practices
- ~12 indoor team practices leading into the spring season.
- Practice days vary week to week.
- Players should prioritize in-season sports if there’s a conflict.
- We fully support multi-sport athletes.
⚾ April – June: Spring Competitive Season
- Primary competitive season with:
- 25–30 games
- One weekend doubleheader (some weekends may include both Saturday and Sunday)
- No weekday games — we avoid conflicts with rec baseball.
- 0–1 team practice/week, depending on rec schedules and coach preference.
- Each team plays in at least 1 tournament.
- Playoffs begin in early June and can extend to mid/late June based on team performance.
☀️ Mid-June – July: Summer Season & Tryouts
- Players participate with hometown summer teams after spring season ends.
- By mid-July, players begin tryouts for the next year’s teams, starting the new annual cycle.
